Microagressions Conversations


A large organisation asked us to look into their annual people survey results which showed an increase in cases of Bullying, Harassment, and Discrimination (BHD). Our assessment found that microaggressions underpinned most BHD cases. 

We also realised there was a limited understanding of what microaggressions were and how to deal with them. 

Our consultant developed and ran sessions to facilitate constructive conversations and participatory workshops to discuss microaggressions. 

The conversations and workshops led to a significant decrease in BHD and an increase in the understanding of microaggressions and the skills and knowledge required to prevent and deal with them effectively.
